Terms and Conditions

These are the terms (“Terms”) of Content Sharing for Users of the Content Sharing Modules (“Modules”) provided by Saxo Bank A/S (“Saxo Bank”) through the Content Sharing Programme. By displaying one or more Modules on your site, you are agreeing to the following terms:

  1. All Saxo Bank Modules are to be displayed on Public Websites.
  2. The term User means a web site that has decided to include one or more Modules offered by Saxo Bank on one or more of the User’s web site pages.
  3. The Modules include at the time being: Quote modules, Chart modules, Analysis, Economic Calendar, Data Ticker and Currency converter. However, these Terms shall also apply to any future Modules offered through Content Sharing.
  4. The User may use - without any payment to Saxo Bank - one or more of Saxo Bank’s Modules.
  5. The User may display the Modules in accordance with the instructions found on www.saxobank.com in the Content Sharing Programme section.
  6. Saxo Bank will provide the User with such technical support as is reasonably required to establish and maintain any data feed to the Saxo Bank Modules. Any questions should be directed to contentsharing@saxobank.com.
  7. The User must sign up for the Content Sharing Programme prior to using the Modules. Saxo Bank will keep the User updated from time to time about the Content Sharing Programme, including new Modules or services, provided that the User makes available its e-mail contact address.
  8. The User may not - unless permitted to do so in writing - use Saxo Bank content in any other way than by the use of the Modules as provided by Saxo Bank. It is prohibited to modify, store, reproduce, sell, transmit and distribute, or commercially exploit the Modules without prior written permission of Saxo Bank.
  9. Saxo Bank may modify the service in any way, including terminating the service entirely, at its sole discretion.
  10. Saxo Bank may terminate, change or otherwise disrupt the service at any time at Saxo Bank’s sole discretion. In case of Saxo Bank terminating the service, the User agrees to cease using the Modules as directed by Saxo Bank.
  11. The User may cease using the Saxo Bank’s Modules at any time at his sole discretion.
  12. Saxo Bank may display links to Saxo Bank and the bank’s services within the Modules at its sole discretion.
  13. Saxo Bank may display commercial messages related to Saxo Bank’s services within the Modules at its sole discretion.
  14. Saxo Bank does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information supplied.
  15. By using the Modules the User agree that errors and/or omissions contained in such information shall not be made the basis for any claim, demand or cause of action against Saxo Bank.
  16. Saxo Bank shall not be liable to any User or third person for the accuracy of the information or any market quotations supplied through this service to a customer, nor for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, interruptions or omissions in the furnishing thereof, for any direct or consequential damages arising from or occasioned by said delays, inaccuracies, errors, interruptions or omissions, or for any discontinuance of the service.
  17. The User warrants that he will display any Saxo Bank Module in accordance with local legislation and regulation governing his site.
  18. Saxo Bank reserve all rights to proprietary information (including, but not limited to, all intellectual property rights such as; patents, trade marks, service marks, copyrights, database rights, topography rights, industrial design, know-how, trade secrets, trade names, logos, designs, symbols, emblems, insignia, slogans, drawings, plans and other identifying materials, in all forms whether or not registered or capable of registration and any other rights relating to intellectual property in accordance with the applicable laws,) subsisting in or relating to the Modules.
  19. Saxo Bank may amend these Terms at any time in its sole discretion without prior notice. Such changes will be posted online on the Content Sharing Programme’s website and will be effective upon posting. The User should review these Terms periodically to ensure familiarity with its then-current Terms. The User’s continued use of the Modules shall constitute its acceptance of these Terms and your continued use of the Modules following any modification of these Terms shall constitute your acceptance to the Terms, as amended. If the User cannot accept the Terms as amended, the User must immediately cease using the Saxo Bank Modules.
